Section 115
Expiry date of person outside the territory
(1) When the time limit for the name of a person residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of the court in which the case has been filed is to be served, the necessary copy of the notice with the time limit must be sent to the court having territorial jurisdiction in the area where the case is located along with the order of such court.
(2) If a notice with a deadline is received from another court according to sub-section (1), such court shall also order the deadline to be served in accordance with this paragraph.
(3) After the expiry of the deadline according to sub-section (2), such court shall send such deadline to the concerned court.
